I'm not a doctor, a neuroscientist, or a wellness influencer. I'm someone who spent two years fixing his own sleep, focus, and low-grade anxiety with brainwave audio, meditation, and stubborn note-taking. This site is where I share what actually worked.
The short version
In 2023 I was a light-sleeping, over-caffeinated, easily distracted mess. Fell asleep at 2 am. Woke at 6. Spent the day chasing focus that never arrived. Tried the usual tools — meditation apps, melatonin, the "just put your phone in another room" advice from every podcast — with mixed results.
The thing that finally moved the needle was less glamorous than any of that: a pair of ten-dollar earbuds and a delta binaural track at bedtime, plus a beta track at my desk during work blocks. Not a miracle. A small, boring, consistent nudge.

Why "curator" and not "expert"?
Because the difference matters. There are real neuroscientists doing real research on brainwave entrainment. I read them. I don't compete with them.
What I offer is different: a normal person's synthesis. What worked, what didn't, what took two weeks to feel, what felt useful for one week and then wore off. If you've read three studies and still don't know where to start, that gap is what NeuroSoundWave tries to fill.
